Relating To School Choice Scholarship Program.
Establishes a School Choice Scholarship program which allows parents to exercise more financial freedom to send their children to nonpublic schools with the assistance of a $10,000 grant for eligible students.
2025 Regular Session
The prohibition of sex discrimination in subsection (a) shall not apply to a participating school that is operated by, supervised by, controlled by, or connected to a religious organization to the extent that the application of subsection (a) is inconsistent with the religious tenets of the school.
